I'll try to explain u how to copy difficult images
programs requested: Paint, Photoshop
Let's take an image of Sora:

OMG that's very big! No fear! now we can start copying
Phase 1:
remove all saturation with Photoshop; image in B&W

Phase 2:
Draw the outline of the shape and shading with Paint(i suggest u the option linecuz it's easier)

Use different colours between shape and shading outline!!!
Phase 3:
Put contrast and brightness to MAXIMUM with Photoshop:

Phase 4:
Now all the brighter colours have become white and the darker ones black. Now remove all the black with Paint

now we'll only use Paint
let's take this portion of image

Phase 5:
turn the red outline into black using the eraser

Phase 6:
FINALLY! now u can colour your image!

Phase 7:
At last remove the shading outline

FINISH! Now the work should be something like this:

If there's something wrong, correct the image
That's all. I hope u understood and good work!  
PS: with this skill u can make also difficult facesets!!!

but first u have to make your image smaller!!!

wow.It works wit the larger images but when i went to do the faceset with a rather medium size,i went ta shrink it,but it was so small it lost too much quality

I USE PAINT I DONT HAVE PHOTOSHOP

so i guess you cant do it.But paint.net works fine.(wich i have done this method with)paint.net is free just to tell you.

u could, but it looks weird to me, and u can edit something on the copy of the image u made, but not on the original image (explained well? donno)
