Lynn walked onto an arena, about the size of an average classroom. It had a nice wooden floor, wonderful for breaking skulls on. There were two rows of bleachers on each side of the arena, perfect for a crowd to watch the battle.

Lynn stood in the middle of the arena, staring up at the ceiling. Keep your cool. Don't make it obvious who I really am...

Lynn heard footsteps at the base of the arena, as she suddenly pulled her head down, staring at the warrior.

The chains bound around Blue's shoes always seemed to rattle no matter where he walked. It was almost as if he wanted them to be heard, so everyone would know he was coming.

He made his way out and onto the wooden floor and stared at Lynn with the hair still over his eyes.

"Not the one for looks I take it", he said quietly under his breath.

Blue reached around his neck and pulled the strange handled razor-like sword (along with its sheath) out and in front of him, "Which type of match are you here for?" he spoke up louder.

Lynn reached into her "utility belt" if you will, and pulled out what appeared to be the hilt of a sword. A perfectly straight hilt, more like a leg of a chair, but silver, to be honest.

Regardless of what it looked like, it extended, and the head of a dark red scythe appeared. "I'm fine with bladed battle..." Lynn's voice was deep like a male's, automatically altered by the mask.

Blue grinned, "I was hoping you'd say that." He said removing the bizarre sword from its sheath. Once removed he tossed the sheath a short distance away. Strangely enough, he grasped the sword in his left hand as opposed to his right (even though he was right-handed (which makes sense because he totally doesn't even have a right hand technically)). He brought the sword around to the right side of his waist and held it out horizontally backwards with his right hand gripping the lower part of the hilt. It was a katana stance, basically. And with that, he charged at Lynn planning some form of one-handed attack to start the match.

Lynn stepped back with her right foot, keeping her legs locked in a straight position. She grabbed the middle of the Scythe with both hands, pulling it up to have Blue's blade cease to attack.

She then turned her weapon so it would look like a thin line in the eyes of Blue and Lynn, knocking his sword to the side. Easily, Lynn pulled down the blade in an attempt to slash his head open.

Blue, who had planned ahead. . .Had attacked using only a left handed attack to be prepared to counter. As Lynn's blade came downward toward Blue's head, he raised his spiked arm upward parrying the scythe with a loud *CLINK* noise. And then turning he swung his sword back toward Lynn's right leg.

Lynn did not waste the opportunity for a wonderful attack. She teleported behind Blue, and swung her Scythe in a left to right motion, at a perfect one hundred and eighty degree angle, trying to slice him in half.

No exaggeration, either.

Within the blink of an eye, Blue's already faintly glowing veins began to shine at least 3 times brighter. His whole circulatory system was practically visible at a certain range. This was not a light show though, for in fact, it was his genus' ability. The electricity of which he had power over had now increased his sense and reaction time rather drastically. He ducked under Lynn's blade as it skimmed the top of his head, perhaps cutting one or two straggling hairs. As he was ducked, he swept his right foot around trying to knock Lynn off HIS footing.

Lynn fell back, midair for a split second. She threw her left arm behind her, catching her fall, as her right arm extended as if it were rubber. It was in a fist, aiming right for Blue's nose, about to sock 'em.

Blue was shocked in an instant, "What is this? Is this some kind of alien?" he thought to himself. But as the punch neared his face, he gripped Lynn's hand within an inch of his nose with his cold metallic right hand. (They don't call him tin-fist for nothin!). He held Lynn there, moving the hand away from his face, "So, what's with the crazy get up? You some kinda fruity super hero or what? Mister elastic from the Mediocre 4 perhaps?"

Without saying a word, Lynn's legs suddenly shot up, sweeping for Blue's legs, trying to knock him off his feet as he did to her.

She didn't even notice she dropped her Scythe.

Blue, who sensed the kick, but did not have the time (nor will) to react and was struck on his right ankle. He released Lynn's hand and dropped down onto his right knee. But the hit wasn't drastic, and he was back on his feet almost immediately after, "So you dress like some kind of strange superhero and don't talk? Well hell, that's fine with me. But if you're looking to get laid, you might want to change your aim."

(With his sword still in his left hand) Noticing that Lynn had dropped her scythe, he knew this was a time to capitalize, and so he charged and swung diagonally down and right with his sword at their chest. Not necessarily in a death blow manner, more as if trying for a deep cut.

Lynn tried to turn away, which she managed to do, partially. Blue's blade managed to catch the back of her, as she screamed out in pain, face down on the ground.

After a short minute, she gathered her energy, and took the sword out of her back. She had a somewhat large gash going down her back, as she stared at Blade in the eyes, although through the mask, no one could tell where she was looking.

In an act of anger, Lynn threw down his sword right at his feet, slamming into the wooden floor. She jumped over to her Scythe, retracting it back into its original state. One last time, Lynn looked over at Blade with disgust.

"They call me eXcape." Then, she teleported out of the area, angry that she lost the battle.

Blue looked around in disbelief. Almost in a state of 'wtf just happened'. He looked down at his sword that was resting upon the wooden floor. But rather than picking it up he just pondered, "Well. I hope they got the idea I was just kidding with them. I mean, I wasn't really serious. . .And that look they gave me was somewhat. . .strange. Well, anyone wearing a mask can only give a strange look."

He leaned down slowly and picked up the sword and walked over to where he hand thrown his sheath. Returning the blade to the cover he threw it onto his back with the strap around his torso. The spikes that were jetting from his arm retracted in as he began to walk off. . ."eXcape. . ." He said under his breath, "Bizarre. . ."
