Make her look less buff and moar female.Also the hair wasen't that big.It was really short and rather small.Now she has a mans head.Woman should have smaller heads.

It looks good so far,but try working on what i just mentioned.

By the way, her hair isn't completely done. That'll be finished in a minute. o.o

More shading to help define the breasts is necessary, also the neckline of the shirt is really skewed to the left.

Looks betta,but try thinning out the shoulders.This will make her look alot moar female.

For the hair i'd suggest you mess around a little with the back of it.
