Just some boredom to blame for this one. I used the colors from the DVD Season 1 box set for Vegeta. Before you flame me, I know that they're odd colors. I'm not wanting C+C about making it look more like Vegeta, but making it look good.

That picture (the reference pic) doesn't have the same colors as on the actual box.

A more accurate pic of the same cover.
