His face\eyes make him look like a SSJ3..
Fix that and it'll be a decent sprite.

Also, if your going to shade the sprite, don't leave parts unshaded - the gloves\shoes look weird like that.

I would suggest adding a middle shade to the hair or makeing the two shades closer together so theres not that much a difference.

why did you re-shape the jaw, its has ruined the sprite, not that i think its a very good sprite to begin with, i have to say this is the worst vegetto i have seen and as a vegetto fan (vegetto is my fav character) i have to say i am disappointed with this work!

Uhh.............. vegeto has brown tints in his hair his face is so fcked up here. u should follow sasukish's tutorial how to shade. cause the shading here is horrid. not being mean dude but

1/10 on the shading

7/10 on the sprite
