I like it the only hair i dont like is the normal form so try make it slightly taller and itll be fine!!

The hair's not really thick enough for Z-Vegeta. This looks like a half-way point from his Z to his GT hair (which would be awesome), but right now it just looks too small.
His knees look a little too pointed, but just a little.

I know you were trying to be more original with the hair, but that's just ridiculous. You can't honestly say that if you looked at a picture of Vegeta's hair and then compared it to your sprite, it looks like it. O_O

I can only tell very minor differences between the SSJ and the SSJ2. Try making them vary more and looking more like Vegeta's SSJ forms.

The arm is short and has weird muscles, try and fix that by lengthening out his arm.

The legs are rather odd, no idea how you can fix em with your style.

Everything else is fine; if lackluster..

ps and if you say the base is from smartguy then hes seriously a stealer

1. Make the Torso Wider or legs thinner.
2. Fix up the hair.
3. Fix the head big time looks a misshapen.
4. The shading is ugly try some different styles of shading.
5. The left arm looks horrible there are just some lines one it doesn't really look like muscles at all.
6. Also the hand needs to be modified a bit.
7. also the colors look kinda bad there needs to be some more contrast in the clothes shading.
8. Try a couple different Eyes aswell.

And thats about it.
