I did this sheet almost a year ago, and this is what he edited

no, He was banned because he stole 2 sprites with out giving any credit at all and then I took the off and all he did was take one of them off and kept the other, and if you think I do what I want, go look at the damn rules I posted! And no, Joking doesn't matter because flaming is flaming whether its joking or not, and flaming is agains the rules, so don't tell me how to do my job, alos I am not talking about the part were he said gay, that I don't care a bout, its when he called me a mother fucker and said I fucked slug, that post has been deleted

I wasn't flaming, I said what he said, you obvously don't know what flaming is, and you can curse, that isn't agains the rules, also I know he said Facker but he said in the meaning of the word fucker

Yeah seriously, you seem to be like "over powered."  I think that you shouldn't just ban them immediately just cause they didn't give credit, you could tell them to give credit before you do anything, I mean he could have just forgotten, or will give credits on the full sheet.  Also it just seems that you keep deleting posts, rather you should just leave it there so everyone else could see it, cause its like proof, if you keep deleting them, we might not believe you.  And it seems that you only take action only when its tata/dragonboy, it just seems that you only take interest in him and no one else.

No, flaming is when you post/message something that you mean as an insult. His obivously was a joke.
