I'm planning a fairly large project, so I guess you could call this my first WIP. I have neither a team, nor a name, because there are faaaaaar too many of those running about.
The top 2 are 5-tone, and the bottom are 2-tone.

I'm seriously thinking about it.

Its not a very good 5 shade at all really, you need to get the contrast between colours and the placement of the colours right. Here is an example of good 5 shade.

Thanks Bob. That's why I posted it as a WIP: to get good criticism and make it a better sprite.
I'll reshade it presently.
