i think its only the chest area that makes it seem small.

His chest is a little bit, which makes him look as if his chin were resting on his chest.

I cant really see much differance?

theres a very small difference, the necklace is a pixel lower and the outline is darker i dont know what else to do really becuase if i take the necklace down another pixel it conflicts wayy to much with the torso

try make the torso a pixel taller.

taller? how do you mean... do you mean make the pecks taller or make the literal chest bigger

Make the entire torso taller by about maybe 2 pixels, and extend the legs probably like a pixel or 2.
