That is a very very nice Gotenks, but I agree with the above post.

It's good, but..

The colors seem a bit bright (This may or may not be the style, i'm not sure though). Tone 'em down a bit.

Otherwise, it's good. It's a fresh looking Gotenks, good job.

His arm needs a bit of Muscle definition, try and add some. (Again, this may be the style, excuse me if so)

The area under the eyebrow is too dark. Take away the uber dark shading you have added and replace it with normal shading.
