NPL actually already has a Krillen sprite, but yours looks pretty good too. However, he's very lanky. His arms are very skinny, his torso's really wide, and the head looks crooked.

No because as far as I know (and what I see on the base sheet), devons didn't make a "full rounded" head .

i think i did edit it a bit though to make it more like krillen
