Since I'm swamped with finishing some requests, I'm doing the blue top only, not the half blue top and bare chest. I'll probably do those later. Until then, have this:

Yeah, its called Angry Kamehameha in Budokai Tenkaichi 2. Its based on the final move he did against Freiza on Namek.

For this I have a few suggestions.  First, as the facesets have a blood line on lip, I would put it on the sprites as well.  Second, Add more damage, without tearing the shirt; meaning rip up the legs of the pants, unless you want to base the whole sprite off of this figure:

I got a suggestion on the Super Saiyan hair.  You should remove some detail from the hair (i.e., remove some strands and only do the outline shape of the hair), so it would look like the original design Goku had as a Super Saiyan.  That would look sweet...

Lol. I thought at first I should just leave the remove some of the lines of detail, but then you suggested to remove them all, so I did.

That's awesome I like the SSJ hair in the second one better.

As for that move Goku used to kill Frieza, it was actually yellow, and in the original Japanese, at the beginning it was called "Blast of Rage" or as translated into english "Mighty Blast of Rage".

Budokai Tenkaichi 2 messed up a lot of blasts, making some into beams, that should be blasts, and others messing up the name and/or color.

*sigh* Oh well, the move itself you made very well into a sprite.

I agree I like the SS version of Goku in the second sheet it resembles the look in the anime and it just looks plain cool.
I need to learn how to edit sprites so I can make my own and maybe share them on the forums.
