I think his name's Bora.  No one's made Dragonball sprites in a while!  This is actually pretty good for a first try!  All you need to do is make his hair black.  Maybe give him a spear or something.

I'm back!  Just lost interest in spriting and DBZ for a while, but I played some DBZ games recently so I'm back.
