Make a full sheet of that. I think devons is slightly better, the only thing that lets it down is that it leans too far forward, like Kakashi's hair. Much it a little back to be proportioned like Vegeta's, and it'll kick ass.

His hair looks even more fucked up in my opinion now,the original one was far more acurrate,try making his hair less super spikey

It needs....more work now. Make the spikes more natural, and dont make them point up that far. His hair isnt that long.
