I was bored and did this quicky.  I'm doing an SSJ version, as well as making it with other outfits, as soon as AB finishes his Trunks project.  Sorry for not asking you if I could make Heat Dome in advance, since you're probably doing it yourself, AB.

Uh-oh, not again. Heat dome was the technique Trunks used to finish Cell in the future. You can go on to youtube and see it. Search "free the future" and watch part 2 at the end.

You should make it for all of his clothes, and maybe add another bigger blast like in the game.

Awesome! Just change the sprites to SS and you're done.

As I said, I am making versions for other outfits, but I'm using AB's revamp sprites to do so.  Therefore, until those are finished, you'll pretty much get only the jacketless version, base and SSJ.

Hm, the gameplay is excellent, but they do mix a bit of stuff up (SSJ2 Trunks?)

Hey, SS2 Trunks was a cool tranformation, even though it never existed.

That was probably one of my biggest irks about the Budokais.  I loved the games, but really, SSJ2 Trunks?  They had ASSJ Trunks and USSJ Trunks in the first Budokai, but replaced them with SSJ2, when Trunks never even used SSJ2.  And all it was was SSJ Trunks with lightning.  No spikier hair, no nothing, just lightning.
