(It's me,Yokitsu.=_= I keep getting banned,and it screws up my PC so I can't get unbanned X_X'.)Yes Frost I made it. I had to do alot to make this work.I kept testing it on Goharotto's Piccolo.The scouter is 85% custom,while the Square Scouter screens are 100% custom.
