That looks much better. But try and make the center breast plate smaller.

That's a cool looking Spirit Bomb. The New Cell WIP does't look too good.

New lightning is freaking amazing! But please, next time, don't use such a "colorful" background, as it makes it hard to use your sprites...

He's still not in perportion, those toothpick legs can't support his lightbulb figure.

Very nice, i really like the spark effect's.

its too tall for me since he should be a little taller than ssj goku (including hair) unless thats weighted form then its ok
