i like it but u forgot the tail

fourth form cooler isn't that buff. and you should work on fifth form's legs, the lower part should be smaller. Oh, and yeah, you forgot the tail

That's way too buff for the fourth form, the waist needs a bit of work, and the tail is missing on both forms

face of 5th form is wierd
again,no tail
4th form isnt buff at all,muscled not ASSJ buff tho lol

also on the blue part of the forehead instead of the one piece being grey/black it should be a shade of blue

To add, I feel his head piece on Final Form is slightly too big. Maybe tone it down a pixel or two?

What version of cooler's revenge you have? mine says something to the effect of frieza only being able to reach his fourth form and that cooler had found a form beyond the fourth

Nope. Both you and me are wrong. It is 3rd form and 4th form. just heard it. Funimation dub I think. That's what it is.

The Games and the movies are both incorrect, Only Akira Toryama knows what forms he has! ^^)

except Akira Toryama has little or nothing to do with the movies so it is just a TOEI plot hole if it is 3th and 4th cuz the form we first see him in looks like frieza's fourth form and I am sure if AT had added more changlings to DBZ they would all have the same basic layout for they're forms

whenever I come accross a DBZ plot hole, I either say "it's a DBZ movie, nothing has to make sense there!" or "A wizard did it"

ok yeah he does but what he says bugs me "As you can see I am in my 3rd form"  As far as Goku would know based on fighting Frieza this would be the 4th but anyway yeah another fuck up by TOEI oh well what can ya do if AT didn't write it it is bound not to make sence

The shading is okay, but the buffness for both of the forms look extremely awkward.  4th form shouldn't even be buff, and 5th form looks extremely weird.
