The colors seem too bright.  Otherwise, it's pretty nice.

well, i kinda like these colours, they look very... lively (or something like that)

I don't like the colours to bright for the actual colours. The shading is a little odd, especially on the pants. The colours remind me of JSS

Why should i credit LSWR? that's made from an original sprite

haha i dont agree i think it's differant and that it looks good... my own opinion though

Just showing since he said he did not edit from that goku sheet. Which you can clearly see, he did.

i don't think i've used that, i found a sheet of a recoloured non-shaded goku and took the standing pose from there, i don't know who the creator was
Btw: an update: wich is better? 1 or 2?

i like 2.... there's so many goku's like no.1 but 2 i like more..

2 is way too bright.  1 is the better option, though the blue could be darkened some, to like a navy blue.

I say number 2, but use different colors for the Gi (like the first one's colors)
