The back muscles on the right arm make the shoulder look oddly placed. Maybe lower them just a little so you can tell he has a shoulder?

I just noticed the tricep definition you tried adding.  LSW and defined triceps don't mix well.  Also, the back of the hair has 3 spikes:  1 wide spike and two really narrow spikes.  Fix these problems, and you're definitely good to go.
