I know that, but how am I supposed to let them act and talk in different ways? I'm not good in editting expressions in facesets, all I can do is add the battle damage. and about the talking; it's my education that has to do with it to talk and write in FULL sentences with almost no abbreviations. It's more polite to me as well.

Yes, but you can change the way some characters speak.

The actual dialog, not the facesets.

All your characters really speak the same and don't seem very unique.

I've seen this happen with alot of comics / animations, so it happens to alot of guys.

I happen to be (self-proclaimed) a person who can do this pretty well.

It's hard to explain, but easy if you can see it.

Can you also give an example?

Okay. Just a random example. I have two characters, Lyra and Unagi. (As seen in my sig) They're both nice and forgiving, and stuff, but they are also different.

Let's face them with a question. "Why do you fight?"

Lyra would be something like: "To save those who are dear to me! I do not like to fight, but when I have to, I will do it with no whining."

Unagi would be something like: "I fight because I love it. When I know that I'm saving someone, it gives me a reason. I also just find it really fun, y'know?"

Just two examples. Play around with different personalities, and ways that they answer and say things.

When I say "Say things" I don't mean accents. (Even thought that might be a good idea sometimes)

I mean the way they react to stuff people say, and the like.

Hmm, seeing this discussion, maybe I can give some examples using my own comic.

I have my characters speak differently like this;

Sean & Bailey - They're teens, which I am too, so I basically use my own kind of speech

Amp - A naïve, hyper kid, which means he can easily go "Gosh!" or "Wow!" or whatever. Exclamation marks all over the place.

Adam - A grown man with lots of responsibility. He'll speak in a soft, but strict tone. Same goes for Chass, but being a less experienced teacher as of now, he shows a little bit of uncertainty.

Trellian - A villain who thinks of himself higher than anyone else. He'll always address young, inferior people with "Little ones." He speaks in a gentle way, while using intimidating words.



Hope this will help you out a bit! Now that I see this discussion going on, I've noticed points that I agree with.
So I hope my example helped. Other than that, keep up the good work mate.

That's sort of the thing I was talking about, Kevin. Good examples.

Look at some books or something. Usually, in well written stories, or even anime, there are different personality's.

Wouldn't you say that Goku (personality wise) is VERY different than Vegeta? That's another example.

Nah, I've now gone too far in making them that I can't stop making them, even if some episodes may suck completely. I just want to finishe the movie itself first, and then I will look what I can improve in the earlier episodes.

Yeah, that'd be great. And one thing I hate in your sprite movie is Vegeta's attitude. His attitude doesn't seem to be the same as DBZ's  and your Sprite Movie is after Buu, after all.

True, but your sprite movie is after buu saga, which means GT is after Z and Vegeta's attitude in GT is the same as Z.

Did I already mention that there is NO Dragonball GT in my Sprite Movie? Besides, Vegeta is happy since in my Sprite Movie he is reunited with his childhood friend...
