I Dunno what it is.
But he doesn't look much like Kid Goku.
Too Tall I think, And the face doesn't look very Kid Goku-ish.

in budokai 3 he tallest than goten!

For your first Sprite
This is amazing okay 10/10 for your first
BUT
It doesn't look to much like Dragonball Goku, its the face.
Change the face and you've got a very high quality sprite even not for a first.
