I just made this,

I'm gonna be improving it so tell me how,
Its based on the Manga first appearance kid Kururin, colours are taken from the Anime.

His waistpiece thingy looks too small, make it a lil bit longer, and his arms are too long, Also try making his cheeks one pixel longer to (his) right as his face was kinda wide in the manga. Lastly; add his suspender looking thingys he had in the shoulder-area. other than that it really looks like him.
