I remember something being said about reincarnations and the reincarnation having some % of the reincarnationee's PL,
So, anyone remember and what about this as an idea or something?

I said you can kill off a character and have them be reincarnated with 80% of their PL and half their original moves.

I'm guessing this like when Kid Buu became Uub?
