By Chosen One do you mean my charachters transformation,if os then its Destiny or Chosen Human(Chosen One is good too though)and i would take PL 17.500,and his PL would increase x6

What about my character, Shadow Rick, he is half human half demon ? He can transform into demon but hes mainly a human, is he a halfblood anyway?

I think Chosen One works and thats low PL for x 6.

Cole you would have to put for half bloods more specifically Half-blood saiyan/human.

tell me what needs to be edited and I will edit it. I just need people to tell me their half-blood and a descrïption to add it or tell me what to edit and I will. Be specific on what to edit.

fixed it I think.

You should lower the multipliers for Saiyan transformations.  That way, you can fit more transformations.  Maybe they could look something like this:

Giji Super Saiyan: 1.5x
Super Saiyan: 2x
Ascended Super Saiyan: 2.5x
Ultra Super Saiyan: 3.5x
Super Saiyan 2: 3.5x
Super Saiyan 3: 5x
Super Saiyan 4: 7x

We don't want anyone to go that high. Too many transformations.

Hey I still not getting an answer ! Tell wat to do with my character!? Although he still doesnt have the PL to transfomr into Demon will he be able to transform eventually or should I leave him as a human?

Make him a half breed and he can have the demon transformations be dominent so he gets the transformation when he gets the PL but you shouldn't worry about it until you get the PL.

OK ! How much should it require?

as much as the Demon transformation says, 6000PL I think.
