The Dragonballs take 1 month to recharge, to find a Dragonball you must make a 1000 word post of you finding it. You can also steal Dragonballs from people by beating them in a fight. You get 1 wish from the Dragon, it can be anything. There are a few limits though. - You can wish for immortality but you can still be knocked out and run out of energy - You can wish for up to 5,000 powerlevel - You cannot make any wishes that would break the rules such as being able to control other peoples characters You can forefit your wish for the chance to be trained by Son Goku, this is limited to Neutral/Good characters only. The Namekians are HIGHLY protective of their Dragonballs and it is doubtful that they would let anyone use them. | ||||||

Namekians would only let them be used if it if their race or their planet was at risk. Simply, normal people cannot use them EVER. | ||||||

ok, so how do they find them once they've been used, i mean how can they have all of them, wouyldnt they be hidden like underwater and such? | |||||||||

By searching for them, the Nameks would have found some way to find them since they created them. | ||||||
