Rez landed in the vast city of New Vegeta. He needed to spar with.

Frost landed in the area.
"Rez how nice to see you again!"

Rez turned to Frost.
Rez: Hey, Frost. You up for a spar?

Frost: always am
Frost floated into the air and moved back about a meter or two

Rez nodded.
He immediately charged at Frost and aimed a kick at Frost's side.

Frost jumped up into the air over Rezs kick and then went to do a down kick aimed at Rezs stomach

Rez was hit by the kick, but recovered in mid-air. He teleported behind Frost, and tried a spin kick to the ribs.

Frost got hit and was sent sliding across the ground frost steady himslef and threw a punch at Rezs face

Rez leaned his head to the side, dodging the punch, adn aimed a left hook at Frost's skull.

Frost ducked low to avoid the hook frost then went to do an upper cut

Rez was hit by the uppercut, and was sent into the air. He recovered and shot a volley of ki waves at Frost.

Frost charged up a quick Ice Breaker and fired it at Rez trying to destory the ki blats

The Ice Breaker connnected with the ki blasts, destroying both. REz teleported behind Frost adn gave a kick to the ribs.

Frost got hit as he was still holding the beam
Frost spun around firing multipule ki waves at rez

Rez was able to dodge the blasts, but he was hit by a couple of them, sending him to the ground. Rez go tinto a one-handed handstand, and aimed a kick at Frost's face.

Frost cartwheeld away from the kick and fired several more ki blasts

Rez pushed off the ground, and spiraled through the air ay Frost, dodging the ki blasts. he tried a stomp at Frost's chest

Frost caught Rezs Foot. a golden aura started to form around frost.
Frost pupils dialated
the golden arua around frost then exploded around him.
Frost then tried to spin Rez around and knee him in the side of the chest

Rez immediately transformed into his Dawn Super Saiyan form. He was able to free himself adn catch the knee. Rez frontflipped in the air and tried to dropkick Frost in the skull.

Frost moved to the left the kick went past his arm
Frost went to grab Rezs leg and throw Rez into a building
