after wondering around plaent vegeta sinphos relized "damn the people here are strong and unblelievebly cocky"
So sinphos decided if he was gonna get anywhere he needed to toughen up and get stronger.
He was trying to think of something he could do to toughen up...
of course punch rocks!
Sinphos starts punch the side of the canyon he was walking down building up his momentem he started punching quicker and quicker keeping around the same strentgh while punching the canyon side.
He kept building up momentem punching quicker and quicker.
Then he gave the canyon wall a kick, making a crack in the side he started kicking it some more, the crack was getting bigger he started kicking and kicking and kicking until he made a small bit of the canyon wall fall and crumble.
The only problem was it fell on sinphos, he was startled by the size of the peice he just knocked out, eventually realizing he was in pai he got to his feet and started trying to pick up the rock. Heaving sinphos got the rock up and threw it as far as he could remarkably knocking down a tree it hit on its way through the canyon.
Sinphos stoped.. then started thinking "yeah this'll work fine."
So he started punching the wall again building up momentum he then quickly uppercuted the wall almost shattering the nit he hit.
"im getting alot stronger, soon i will be able to knock the whole canyon wall over... ok mabye not that strong but damn close."
He gave the wall another uppercut but this time he jumped and flew up, soaring up the side of the canyon.
he actually got all the way up vefore he droped.
Thinking he would get hur sinphos grabbed on to a branch sticking out the canyons side then he flung himself to safety on a ledge at the othe side ogf the canyon.
He started punch that side because he wanted to see if he could do it again.
And yet he was a bit puffed from the last move he just did.
he started punching as fast as he could, the cliff edge below him started rumbling cracking the falling!
Sinphos left out a short startled cry as he fell
"rrrghh... ill have to do this technique ive been practicing or im gonna get hurt really bad."
He put his fist on the cliff edge while falling the started lifting his hand up pushing himself up the cliff edge driving into the edge he started soaring up the cliff again.
he landed on the top looked down, jumped and yelled "i did it yes!"

new techinque cliff smasher: a hard sturdy uppercut that send you inton the sky if your perform it right, but it takes away some energy
