"Good, then this should be easy for you."
He held out his hand. A flame of blue energy started surrounding it. "This is concentrated energy, using this could damage your opponent with a deadly strike, but it is also lethal to yourself." He closed his hand. "Now watch what happens." He Tightened his hand and made a fist. "Final Fist!" He slammed it into the ground, creating a huge pulse of energy, then liek an invisible force struck the ground, and a huge crater was now where the ground was. Bane's arm was slightly damaged. "Using this attack, is lethal due to the explosion of energy, it can damage your arm pretty bad."

"Wow. That is an impressive attack Bane."

Kale focused his chi into his right hand. Slowly he could feel a deadly pulse develop and grow. Kale watched as his fingers were enveloped with a blue light and then disappeared. Kale focused harder, pulling all the chi he could into his hand to build the attack. Kale knew he would have to form the attack perfectly and execute it flawlessly in order to remain alive.
Kale visualized the energy as his hand, forming it into five individual fingers section by section. Kale felt the chi pulse and grow, yet remain in a compact aura around his fist. Kale raised his hand high in the air and shouted "Final Fist!"
Kale slammed his fist into the ground, destroying a small area under him. Rocks and shards of debris flew into the air and crumbled under the pressure of Kale's expelled chi, yet the damage Kale caused was far less than that which Bane had done.

Bane noticed something about the attack. "Hmm, you have done everything correctly, but your impact wasn't strong for some reason, it should have been bigger." He though for a minute. "Thats it, try adding more energy to the attack, and focus a little more

Kale poured chi into his right hand. He felt the same tingling and pressure as when he performed the Final Fist before, but this time it was greater. Kale watched his hand begin to glow with a dim blue glow, but he knew that the same amount of chi was not what was required for this attack. Bane had allowed much of his chi to flow into his hand, and Kale must do the same. Kale's Giji aura flared as Kale was unleashing more and more chi into the attack. Kale felt the swirling force within his palm, and he compacted the energy. As the energy was reduced in size, the more violent and hard to control it became. Kale continued to impart more chi into his attack. His arm was struggling to contain the power he was supplying into it, but his Saiyan will forced him to continue. The pain began to well up in his arm, and Kale could feel the strain build in his muscles. The attack had received about half of the chi that Kale estimated it would require to execute, and already Kale was questioning his ability to finish the attack. Yet he continued anyway. He would prove to Bane that he could master the Final Fist attack and that he was a strong warrior. Kale's rage was also building at his difficulty with this attack. Kale's hand had long since become numb, but now he was feeling a new pain within it. Kale opened his eyes and he saw a strikingly bright blue light welling up through his hand's skin. His veins were tightly pressed under his skin as his hand expanded to allow more chi into his hand. The muscles in his arm were bulging with power, and he did not know if he could sustain the enormous pressure of the Final Fist. Kale pushed still more chi into his arm, feeling as if his arm would burst. Kale knew that his arm could not hold any more chi, yet he continued to allow his chi to flow into his hand. He compacted all the chi in his arm into his hand, filling his fingers and palm with chi at an exponential rate. Kale closed his fist and the pain that shot through his hand was blinding. Kale felt that this was the force Bane had used in his attack. Kale leapt up and yelled "Final Fist Attack!" and he flew down into the ground, his fist shredding through the desert earth as if it were a vapor. Kale created a massive crater in the ground; it was still not as large as the one Bane had created, but it was nearly the same size and depth. Kale waled out of the crater and brushed himself off with his left hand, because his right arm hung limp from his shoulder. It would be a while before he could use it properly again. He could still feel the tingling in his hand, and that would not subside for several hours.
"How..how was that Bane?"

OOC: Also, you don't happen to have the sprites for that attack, do you?

Bane looked at the saiyan. "Hmm, your a quick study, took me 5 ttimes to learn that attack." He looked at his arm. "Hurts doesnt it. Thats why i use this." He pushed a button on his bracelet, casing his arm in a metal shell.

"That's a pretty genius idea Bane. I'll just stick with the old fashioned method. Being a Saiyan, I welcome the pain, especially in training. That's a very powerful technique. Thanks for teaching it to me."
