Asas had arrived on planet Yardrat to learn the move that the legendry saiyan goku had learnd when he crashed here from planet Namek.
Asas looked around where he had landed and could feel no energy levels "wow thats strange i heard that the Yardrat were powerful , but i cant feel anything"
as soon as he said that a group of 10 Yardrat appeared infront of him and powered up , Asas though that he was going to die when he heard one of the Yardrat ask him why he was here Asas replied by kneeling down before them and saying "i wish to be taught your great technique of instant transmision"
"ugghh yet more people arrive to ask that , and give up the training , what makes you so diiferent?" asked the Yardrat who could speak to Asas.
"well for starters im a saiyan and i never give up because its in my blood and i really would like to be able to teleport to any place instantly" replied Asas.
"A saiyan huh , well saiyans are good learners especially that saiyan who came from that exploding planet , ok i will teach you the technique" said the yardratian.
"umm one question , do you have a name that i can call you?" asked Asas.
"yes , you can call me master" he replied.

After the introduction , the master yardrat set out a course , which Asas needed to get around and collect the items , before the time runs out , but what Asas didnt know is that he had to do it wearing weights that he could barely move in.
"ahh these weigh so much i cant move." Asas moaned
"well you better power up and try to cope with it , also you cannot touch the ground when you collect the items , if you can do this i will teach you how to do the instant transmision". replied the master yardratian.

As Asas barely managed to collect all the itmes he was way to slow to beat the time he had to beat , when the master yardratian pulled him aside and said "clear your mind and feel where you want to go then you will be there."
after hearing this Asas raised two of his finger and made a v sign then shut them togerher and placed them on his forehead , he then felt all his anger flood out of him and it was replaced by calm and peace then he was at the first obstical , he felt as if the weights were off and he could move freely , but they were still attached to him.
After completeing the course in 28 minutes he was embowed with the knowllege how to do this technique at anytime he wanted.
"huh , so what was that course all about if you just taught me it by placing it in my mind?" asked Asas.
"it was about teaching you the way of the yardrat people , and to keep calm even when you are failing at something then ypu will succed if you stay calm" replied the master yardrat.
