As Rick was watching the fight between Ritsuke and Unagi. He had a flash back to his training.
He had just left the site of Shin's death. Before he returned home, he decided to go deeper into the forest. Once he was there, he started remembering his fight with Dakras. Dakras had almost had his skin, but luckily Shiner had been able perform a sort of blinding light ball that had caused his opponent to drop his guard. Once this happened, Shiner had used the moment to escape, as a means to live to fight another day. This technique had done nothing short of save his life. It would certainly come in handy in the future. But how had he done it? It must have been a fluke. He figured if he'd been able to do it on the spot, it couldn't be too hard to master. And anyway, it would surely be a helpful asset later on.
He reached a point deep enough in the forest. Here he began. He stretched his hand out. Staring at his hand, he visualized a flow of energy into it, which would form an orb at the top. The effect of this was a small little ball, maybe about 4 inced in diameter. It was a bit bigger then the one he'd used. He threw it forward, again, visualizing the action on the energy. When it was a fair distance away, he shut his eye lids, and attempted to mentally detonate the ball. Instead of seeing the desired light, he heard a loud bang. He opened his eyes, and saw a tiny dust cloud. Apparently, the ball had produced a firework type explosion.

Rick was certain he was going to keep going until he mastered his attack. But still, he decided to generate the sphere of energy once more. He had to breathe loudly just to keep it stable. He shot it out, sealed his eyes, and this time, he clentched his fist. Shaam! A blinding light was visible even with his eyes closed. He felt awesome. He had finally figured out that it was an implosion of energy, not an explosion. Haha! But now he needed a super neat name for it. He gave it a good thought, and came up with the name "Full Shine Ray." He shouted the name once, just to make sure it had a good ring to it. "Full Shine Ray!" Awesome. He levitated out of the forest, back to the city, where he began to walk home.

New technique: Full Shine Ray - Can blind the foe for an equal amount of posts as it was charged. Example: If charged for three posts, the opponent is blinded for his next three posts.

Powerlevel count: 17

EDIT: It came to my attention that it's a bit overpowered, so I decided to change it to one post stunned for every two posts charged.
