Unagi smiled, noticing how Joshua chose not to finish him off. "You're still a softie..." Unagi whispered to the sky, presumably to Joshua.

His hair faded to black, as it lost it's length and returned back to normal. Unagi took several deep breaths, seeing his own breath as if it was cold, while it was a nice cool day.

Unagi slowly flew into the air, and flew away from the scene slowly, gasping heavily for air.

"Not so fast!" Rick was now using his flight to propel himself beyond terminal velocity. He switched as soon as he could to shoot his foot out, aiming to nail the weakened Unagi to the floor at a tremendous speed.

Jukia bareley woke up from the towering attack. He then saw Rick about to kick the weakend Unagi.

"R-Rick W-W-Wait!!"

OOC: This is already over

OOC: Eh? Rick is about to kick you.

Unagi threw out his arm, and fired a relatively small ki blast at Rick, before flying away from the scene, not waiting to see what happened.

OOC: that was really cheap. I don't think you understand. I fell, accelerated using flight, from the burning heights of the atmosphere. My speed must have been tremendous. I doubt he'd have such a swift reaction. Especally in his condition.

1. People at his powerlevel are used to fighting at supersonic speeds as if it was nothing.

2. The speed at which a human falls isn't all that much at all. Its essentially no different to you just flying towards him and kicking him.

3. His PL is roughly 45 times higher than yours

He wasn't just at terminal velocity, he used flight to exceeed it. But that is 2/3. Fair enough.
