Learning Power Wave, Hyper speed,

As Raigo was walking in the woods he saw two young boys play fighting and acting a out a Kamaha move. Then Raigo remembered he had just one week to become stronger. Then Raigo said to himself, “I need to learn a new move” Then Raigo Gather all his power in his hand and shot a ki blast into the air. Then Raigo said “That’s not good enough!”Raigo then started to shoot ki blast into the air until a golden wave of ki cam out of his hands.”Wow, how did I do that?” Then Raigo once again gather all of his ki into both of his hands shot out the golden wave of ki again. “So that’s how it’s done, with this new attack I can blast through any thing.” Then Raigo began to shoot holes through everything. Trees, rocks, and any non-living thing. Now that I have this down now I need to learn how to do a new move or something. “Hmmmmm, I got a new idea, lets see if can move at hyper speed.” Then Raigo began to run around a field and he got nowhere just doing this. Then Raigo tied two heavy rocks to his legs. “Maybe if I tie these to my legs I’ll force my self to run faster.” Then for the rest of the day Raigo ran around the field until his legs were noodles. “That... Should... Do it…” When Raigo took of the rocks he began to run slowly, then faster, and faster until he ran at lighting speeds. “Wow…” After learning these two new attacks Raigo was sure he could win any fight. “I… sure am tired…” Then at that exact moment Raigo fell asleep. “Wow, where am I?” Raigo was in a dream. “Wow this must be a dream.” When Raigo looked up he saw a grey beast with red eyes and spikes on its back. Then Raigo looked at looked at his hands. “Yep… this is a dream” Raigo was no longer 21 years old. He was now a child again. Then without knowing the grey beast attacked. But using is new hyper speed, he quickly moved out of the way. Then, he got behind the beast and yelled “POWER WAVE!!!” Doing this attack he blasted a hole in the beast’s and then he jumped on the it’s head and kicked it. As he came down he did one more final Power Wave at the beast’s head.
When the smoke from the wave cleared from the wave he saw the head was gone. And it started to rain blood. After the blood stopped Raigo woke up. “That was weird, I guess I trained to hard”
