OOC: Yes, the only ones alive after all this time would be the Kais and Master Roshi. Also West City is a non playable area now (With the exception of topics which need to be finished)

OOC: Moderators do play as characters from teh dragonball/z/gt series. The only characters alive from that time would be Master Roshi and the Kais.

The area called West City is currently a non playable area since it was destroyed. The exception to this rule is all the unfinished topics in this section since they will have taken place before the destruction.

OOC: Eternal Battleground since it represents anything that isn't a specific area. Guardians lookout is technically playable now but its currently lying on the ground surrounded by lava.
