sickel went back to the look out to see if the guardian who once save him would now give him training.

Sickel: HELLO ANYONE THERE

Haru stepped out of the lookout main building and saw Sickel, "Ah, our little time traveller, what can I do you for?"

Sickel: i was wondering sir if you could train me please, i really wanna show that i am strong, so my dad wont get angry

Haru scratched the side of his head, "I really am not much of a fighter. I can do same basic training but nothing fancy. I would suggest going to Ritsuke after me, he is one of the few people on this planet who are stronger than your father. He seems like a pretty nice guy as well."

Sickel: ok thank you mister..
by the way where can i find riksuke?

"He should be somewhere on the lookout, he spends most of his time up here training anyhow. But like I said I can give you some basic training anyway." he pulled out his staff, "I may not be much of a fighter compared to the other guys around here but I am not weakling."

Sickel: ok sir then ill find ritsuke.

sickel got into a fighting stance simular to frosts.
Sickel: are you ready??

OOC: Wait... so are you accepting training from Haru and THEN going to find Ritsuke or what?

OOC: Yes first Haru then Ritsuke!!

Haru smiled and a faint aura formed around him, "Part one, you have to learn to feel rather than think when trying to dodge an attack. Think fast!" He fired a small burst of energy from his hand.

Sickel saw the ki blast but moved to slow and got hit..
Sickel: oww that hurt...
Sickel got up again.
Sickel: Im Ready this time

"I am going to keep firing from now okay, if you get knocked down you have to quickly recover. If you cannot dodge then block to minimize the damage." He started firing weak blasts.

Sickel: ok!
sickel got into a vegeta fighting stance.
sickel started to deflect the blast and every now and agian he was able to dodge the blast.
Sickel got hit afew times. but recovered in time to either deflect or dodge the blasts.

"Good job but how long an you hold out for," he continued to fire volleys of small energy balls.

Sickel: i can keep this up all day.
sickel continued to dodge block and deflect but the strange thing was instead of getting tired Sickel seemed to be getting more energy.
Sickel deflect one ki blast into another to stop it sickel then fired afew of his own ki blasts to deflect and stop Haru's.
Sickel: keep em' coming

"In that case lets go a bit faster," he increased his rate of fire.

Sickel kept dodging and avoiding the ki blasts.
and not deflecting them as much anymore.
Sickel: TAKE THIS.
sickel side stepped and ki blast landed next to him
sickel then fired two of his own ki blasts and then continued dodging the first ki blast hit another and the both exploded but the second one headed straight for Haru!!

Haru deflected the blast, "You improve fast, now lets see how strong you are. Deflect THIS!" He fired a beachball sized blast of intense ki.

Sickel stood his ground.
sickel fired a volley of ki blasts at the large one Haru fired to try and soften the blow.
most of the ki blasts sickel fired where destoryed before they reached the Large ki blast.
Sickel stamped his feet into the ground creating little craters.
Sickel stood and pulled his arms up so that he could catch the blast.
the ki blast slammed into sickels hands and sickel was pushed back alittle.
Sickel: HAAAAAAAA!!!!
sickel was trying to push the ki blast into the sky but it was pushing him back alot more than sickel expected.
Sickel: I WONT GIVE UP!!!
sickels hands began to burn and blood dripped down onto the floor.
Sickel: THATS IT HHHEEEEEEEE YYYYYAAAAAAAA
sickel using all his strength threw the ki blast into the air.
Sickel: i... i did ... it
Sickel dropped to his knees.
sickel: no i gotta get up.
sickel struggled to stand.
one knee was just of the ground and the other was almost straight..
sickel manage to get up but was shaking as alot of his power had been drained!!
Sickel: dont stop  now... he managed to stammer the words out

Haru sighed as he saw the smashed tiles on the floor, "I think you need a break first, if you continue to train now you will be putting your life in danger for an almost non existent power gain."
