After hearing roumors frost goes looking for this so called turtle hermit to learn a specal technique
Frost: *lands on roshi island* HELLO!!! ANYONE THERE??
Frost: he must be out well i guess i should pratice
Frost turns around and faces the water and shoots afew energy waves into the surf after doing this 50 times Frost jumps into the air and starts punching and kicking in all directions.
Frost: hmm that should do im going to meditate now.
Frost floats down to the ground and begins to meditate

Master Roshi sees the stranger on his island so he shouts " Who are you and what do you want? "

Frost: huh? oh i am Frost and i want to learn a technique called kamehamaha ivve heard i can learn it from you.

Master Roshi thinks about it " Fine first training is your going to wear a 50 pound turtle shell and cross the ocean without flying and you can't spill a drop, well zig-zaging. I'll watch over you with my magic carpet. " Master Roshi calls his magic carpet and jumps on with his porno mags and waits for the Frost.

Frost: you cant be serious... Fine i'll do it
Frost puts on the shell and gets the milk...
Frost the begins to swim very fast across the ocean
Frost: maybe if i go fast enough i wont spill any milk
*powers up to saiyan soul* and continues across the water zig-zagging
Frost: this is stupid...
a wave comes out of no where and slamms into frost knocking the milk of the shell frost reachs out and grabs the milk holding it in one and and swimming with the other zig zagging like crazy.
when frost reached the beach on the other side frost put the milk down and laid down on the beach waiting for roshi.

Master Roshi lands on Forst " Okay, back to the house! "

Frost: AHH WHAT FINE!! itll be easier this time.
Frost gets up and picks up the milk.
Frost: FULL POWER ENERGY WAVE
A bright blue beam shoots though the water and makes to hugh walls on either side.
Frost: ok lets go.
Frost starts running though the to walls of water with blinding speed just keeping one step in front of the waves crashing down behind him.
Frost: oh no im not going to make it.
Powers up to saiyan soul for that extra burst of speed he gets to the end of the beach.
Frost: i can see the house but at that moment the waves collapsed and fell in on Frost
Frost: *with water in his mouth* argh noo it cant..
Frost reaches roshi island
Frost: *heavy breathing* i think i lost the milk...
...
Frost: ROSHI THAT WAS A STUPID TEST GIVE ME TRAINING NOW!

Master Roshi sighs " Fine we spar. "

Frost: good
With out warning frost flys at roshi and goes to kick him in the gut but teleports behind roshi and goes for a two hand smash to his head

Roshi ducks and goes to elbow him in the stomach. Roshi laughs " Not gonna take the shell off? "

Frost: not relizing he still has the shell on gets hit and backflips backwards to recover and as he does he takes of the shell and throws it at roshi

Roshi jumps over it and charges at Frost.

Frost: old fool
Frost then fires multiple energy waves at roshi

Master gets hit but doesn't stop and chrages a kick at Frost.

Frost: no Wa.. ahghahhah
Takes the hit in the gut and then grabs roshi's leg and throws roshi

Roshi hits a tree, he gets up and Roshi's muscles start to bulge, he gets into Ka-Ma-Ha-Ma-Ha positon then he Fires.

Frost: what the hell maybe i can cancel it out
Frost gets ready to catch the beam..
Frost catches the beam
Frost: oh no i cant stop it
Frost shifts his wight to one side and tries to throw the beam the other way but it only half work almost takeing frosts arm with it
Frost: ARH

Half of the Kamahama was sent back to Roshi, lucky for him he was still in his mucle form. He stops the blast but his hands bleed. He goes back to normal and asks " Wanna stop? "

Frost *holding his left shoulder where his armour had been broken from the blast* That depends have i passed
Frost gets back into a fighting stance

Master Roshi looks at Frost then laughs " Of course! Time for the Ka-Ma-Ha-Ma-Ha. "
