Halo appeared infront of the Kame House. He walked up to the door and knocked on it.

Halo: Hello, i heard i could train here?

A tall farmiliar figure walked out, it was Lord Anotnius

Ant: Halo, how you doin bro?

Halo kneeled down in front of Ant.

Halo: Fine M'Lord, and how 'bout yourself?

Ant: I'm alright, and you don't need to call me that, we are equals now brother

Halo rises.

Halo: Ok, Ant! I came here to train with the Turtle Hermit, You seen him around? Or! Could you train me now?

Ant: Roshi hasn't been back for a while now, I'm starting to get a little worried, but I don't think he's in any bother.

Ant then walks out

Ant: Right, follow me

He walks to the edge of the island

Halo followed Ant.

Halo: So, when we last met i was a weakling..
   .... I still am so LETS DO THIS!!!

Halo pulls his hands down then teleports underneath Ant and Halo's leg goes upward into the air to try to kick ant up into the air to do his signature move.

Ant simply grabs his leg and prevents him from doing any thing

Ant: whoa whoa whoa, how about we don't rush okay?

He then let go of his leg

Ant: Now lets just think for a moment

Halo: Ok, what do we think about?

Halo jumped back a little bit away from Ant. Halo powered up.

Halo: So think about... What?

Ant: Lower your power,

He then turned to Halo

Ant: Look you can't rush into a fight, especially someone of your power level

Halo lowered his power level a bit.

Halo: Now what? When i was fighting an Android Saiyan he said that it is good to use full power at the beginning of a fight to wear down your opponent's energy, or something like that.

Ant: use your head, he's an Android, they never run out of energy, we're energy based life forms, if you wear yourself out it could mean the end of the battle

Halo: Yes Sir!

Halo saluted to Ant.

Halo: so now can we start or could you teach me a new technique?

Ant: I believe I need to teach you fighting basics

Halo: Ok...

Halo threw a few punch at the air then a kick.

Halo: Lets go!

Ant: right, now I'm going to give you some advice, here it well for I will only say it once!! Got it!!

Ant: Brute Strength does not win your fights, speed and technique will sid you but you need to find a way to balance all three... Number 2... The elite never neglect the basics. so don't try that fancy crap... number 3... you have limited power, use it wisely...and finally... Never let them see you sweat!!

Halo kicked a rock.

Halo teleports infront of Ant and throws a melee of kicks and punches at Ant!

Ant dodged the flurry
