Joshua Ryu was still in Oblivion, the place where he ended up after a last ditch attempt to save Unagi from the horrors of the demon, Alter Ego, who was now back inside Joshua.  Oblivion is just white, blank space as far as the eye could see.  Oguri Takumi, the spirit of the silver Soulstone, had told Joshua they where going to train for ten days, and when that time was up, Joshua would be stronger than ever.  It was now day two of the ten day training, and already Joshua was a little stronger.  Oguri stood in front  of the Ryu, a small meatl kunai held firmly in his hand.

"Todya, I'm going to teach you a couple of things.  The first is the technique called Dragon Heal." Joshua had a confused look on his face, so Oguri explained. "As you know, Dragons are mystical creatures with incredible powers.  One of those powers is that they are able to heal wounds at an accelerated rate.  This is amde possible in that their cells mutliple faster then are own.  I am going to teach you to use your Ki to heal wounds on your body."  Oguri tossed the Kunai towards Joshua, who cuaght it. "First, I nat you to cut yourself."

"Isn't that kind of emo?"

Oguri sighed. "Just do it."

Joshua did as he was told, and made a slight, straight cut in the middle of his arm.  The Ryu winced a little at the apin as his blood dripped out and fell to the floor that was seeminly not there.  Joshua, not wishing to let the cut bleed all day, looked up at Oguri.

"Now, focus your Ki to the point of your fingers, and run it across the wound, making sure to exert the Ki into the cells around the wound.  For you see, when heat is added, the cells speed up.  And Ki is a source of energy, which supplys heat, like any other source of energy.  In conclusion, the cells will speed up in the multiplication process.  Do you understand?" Joshau nodded hsi head. 'good, now close that up.  Your bleeding all over the floor."

Joshua grunted at the joke.  He focused the Ki into his pointer and middle finger, and the tips of them began glowing with a light shade of green.  Joshau moved it over to the cut on his arm, and slowly ran his fingers over it.  As Joshua moved his fingers, the wound began to feel tingly.  When Joshua was finished moving his fingers, he lifted them to see the results.  At one galnce, you'd swear there never was an injury.  But if you looked closer, you can clearly see the skin was paler where the wound was, obviously because the newly created skin had not yet recieved blood through it.  Joshua smiled, his pain suddnely gone.

"See, it's as simple as that." Oguri complimented.  "For now, you should only try this on smaller wounds, since all you recreated was skin cells.  Each different type of cell, from bone to organ to muscle, require different types of Ki.  Now, on to the next training."

"And what's that?" Joshua asked, kind of exictied about learning new things, but tried not to show it.

"We are going to upgarde all of your techniques, but only two for today."

Joshua raised an eybrow. "Upgarde?  But my moves are strong enough as it is!"

"You think." Oguri said sternly.  "Trust me, when we are done with this, you'll think all of your old moves were pathetic." Joshau was about to retort, but Oguri cut him off.  "The first on we will be doing is Dragon Buster.  Now, form yesterday, you should be able to use your Ki more efectively,and easily pull this off.  Simply, I want you to fire a full powered Dragon Buster."

Oguri stepped aay to let Joshua work.  The Ryu cupped his hands together and brought them to his side, like the Kamehameha Wave.  Green energy began building up in between his hands.  It grew at a very fast rate, and Joshua ha dto spread his ahnds out to hold it all.  The energy reached its peak, and suing hsi control over Ki, Joshau scrunged it all into a tiny ball, but with the same power as before.  Joshau then thrust his arms forward, and the Dragon Buster was released, and it surged on as far s Joshua could see.  Joshau let his arms dropped down, and turned to Unagi.

"Now Shadow Dragon Fist." Oguri said simply, not letting Joshua have a break.

Joshua sighed but got to work anyway.  Joshau held his right in front of his face, and a faint black aura formed around his fist.  The aura started to become a darker shade of balck by the second, and soon it was pitch black.  Joshua moved his hand forward, and opened his fist.  A giant balck dragon of pure energy erupted form Joshua's ahnd, and like the Dragon Buster, it teared away into the distance.  Joshua let his arm relax to his side, and once again turned to Oguri.

"Good.  That is enough for today.  If you were to use those improved attacks against an actual opponent, you would instantly realize just how much stronger they are."

"Why can't I use them on you?"

"On me?  Are you joking?" Oguri coughed. "Anyway, for the next couple of days, we will continue to upgrade your techniques.  I may have one more technique to teach you as well.  For now, that is all.  Rest up."  Joshua had no trouble following this order, as he let himself fall back and fell sleep almost instantly.  Oguri walked up next to him, shaking his head slightly. "I wonder if he will be able to handle what I am eventually going to teach him.  The power of Light and Dark can be impressive if taught to the right person.  I might have to produce... the suit..."  Oguri turned around and walked away...

OOC: I gain...  The move 'Dragon Heal'.  An upgrade to 'Dragon Buster' and 'Shadow Dragon Fist'.  I gain 35 PL.
