Joshua Ryu was still in Oblivion, the place where he ended up after a last ditch attempt to save Unagi from the horrors of the demon, Alter Ego, who was now back inside Joshua.  Oblivion is just white, blank space as far as the eye could see.  Oguri Takumi, the spirit of the silver Soulstone, had told Joshua they where going to train for ten days, and when that time was up, Joshua would be stronger than ever.  It was now day four of the ten day training, and already Joshua was a even more strong. still in the process of upgarding his techniques.  Oguri stood in front  of the Ryu, ready to train him.  

"Today, we are going to begin by upgrading your Shadow Imitation.  First, create at least 99 Shadow Clones."  Joshua made a single hand seal, and in front of him appeared exactly 99 perfect clones of himself.  "Now, use your Shadow Imitation to lock each and every one of them.  Do this by splitting up your Shadow of your own will.  Keep them all in the Imitation for ten minutes.  If you locked a real opponent in the Imitation, that would be more than enough time to finish them off with another move."

Joshua made a hand seal and held it.  His shadow wiggled a little, and then it suddnely sprnag to life and went forward.  Just before it reached the first clone, Joshua changed his hand seal, and ten different shdows branched off the original!  Like a giant thing of connect the dots, the sahdow would lock one clone in and then branch off to more and more and clones.  Before long, all the clones were caught in a giantmaze of shadows.  Now Joshau just ahd to hold it for the instructed ten minutes, which Joshua helped pass the time by doing punches and kicks in the air, whch the clones had to imitate.

"Done." Oguri said after the tenminutes.  Joshua took a deep breath out, and the mass of hsi shdow begna to return to him, freeing the clones.  When the shadow returned to it's original shape and size, all the clones vanished in great puff of smoke.  "Now, you are going to perfect your Gentle Fist on me." Joshua was surprised, and Oguri noticed it.  "Don't worry, I'll be fine.  Now, there are are 128 points on the body that, if he hit in perfect order, can compeltely shut down the person's entire Ki system.  Now..." Oguri started pointing at places all around his body, stressing how precise each strike had to be.  After all 128, Oguri and Josua took it very slowly.  Joshau ahd to have a refrehser on what points to hit nect about every ten or so.  After what felt like hours of memorization, Joshua felt like he had gotten all 128 down.

"Alright," Joshua said, confident. "Here I go!"  Joshua rushed at Oguri, and began to strike the spirit with open palms of fury, each hit releasing a small burst of Ki from Joshau and closing some Ki for Oguri.  Joshua rapidly counted each hit he landed, counting up from one.  When he landed the final, 128th hit, Oguri was sent falling back.  He landed hard on the invisble ground with his back, and there he stayed.  

"Um.... are you... OK?" Joshua asked slowly.

"Yeah, I just can't exactly stand with no Ki." Oguri said sarcastically.  He then rose to his feet, and brushed himself off as if he hadn't been hit at all.  Joshua suddnely felt a flood of respect for Oguri.  To think he had once doubted his powers.  "Next, we will be doing Universe Bender.  However, since there is no way out of Oblivion, all you will be able to do is portals to different places of Oblivion."  Joshua sighed, hoping this would be their ticket out of here.  "Alright, first for some basic stuff.  Make a portal right under your foot.  This could be a way to kick your opponent by getting them from suprise." Joshua did as told, and with ease, craeted a portal that his foot slipped right through, and came right out from nearby.

Oguri and Joshau continued this kind of practice.  Joshua learne dhow to make portals faster as to stop incoming attacks and send them right back at the attacker(he took a lot of hits from Oguri before finally getting it, however), he learned how to make much, much larger portals, large enough to possibly engulf a planet, he learned how to craete multiple portals at once(the most he got was 100), and most importantly of all, the Ryu fighter learned how to make the protals using hald the Ki of what he had to put out before.  His extensive Ki training on the very first day helped a lot, too.  Joshua was panting ahrd, but knew Oguri was just going to push him even harder.

"Don't worry.  Thsi next bit of training will help you." Oguri reassured. "We are going to upgrade your new Limit Breaker,w hich should give you plenty of Ki to spare.  Now, like the original Limit Breaker, you will be mashing your Ki together to create more.  Unlike the orginal, however, you will be daring up extra Ki by using the new amount Ki to relase hidden Ki reserves within your body.  Do not mistake these reserves with the Eight Inner Gates.  Evereyone has these reserves, but they are lcoked off, used only when one wants them to open."  Oguri then added under his breath.  "Or NEEDS them to open, in a life threatening situation."

"What was that?"

"Oh, nothing.  Nothing.  You just go on and use Limit Breaker." Oguri said, smiling nervously.

Joshua was suspicous, but did as instructed.  Like when he learned the Limit Breaker, Joshua mashed all his Ki together, creating larger and larger amounts of Ki.  Joshua felt he could no longer generate any more Ki, and took notice of his large aura of energy.  He clenched his fist, feeling stronger, as Oguri had promised.

"Alright, now open those hidden reserves."

Joshua tried, but found he couldn't find the reserves in his Ki system.  Joshua kept on trying, but was beginning to think they didn't even exist in the body.  Joshua was about to tell Oguri how he needed help, but was met with the spirit's fist right to his face!  The Ryu had no chance to respind, and was hit, stumbling abck slightly.  Oguri followed up with a combo of fists and kicks, and Joshua wa shit by all, being much weaker than Joshua.  Joshua looked up to see Oguri magically had a word, and was abou to finsih the Ryu off.  In desperation, Joshau tried the reserves one last time to save his life.  With ease, Joshua found them, and tore them open with his Ki.  Joshua had a HUGE explosion of energy, and Oguri was kcoked away from the Ryu.  The spirit smiled, and slid the sword away as Joshua's power caused his clothers and hair to blow wildly and his aura continued to grow.

"Thank goodness." Oguri said. "For a moment I thought I was going have to kill you!" Oguri laughed, but Joshua did not return it.  "Aw, lighten up a little.  Anyway, now for Sense.  Since there isn't exactly anyone here to find, we will stress yourself by finding people outside of this hell hole.  You might even be able to send your thoughts to them, or waves of Ki."

So Joshau began using Sense by to find various people in various places across the universe, a slight shiver running down his spine each time he sensed that terrible power level that destroyed the planet Yardrat with such ease.  The last thing Joshau Sensed was none other than his friends back at Earth: Lyra, Antonius, Ritsuke, Jessica, and, he almost pissed himself at this, their newborn baby.  Joshau was about to send his thougths to some of the, but was stopped by Oguri, who was shaking his head.

"You will have time for that latter.  Now, are continuing on to the final technqiue for the day, our Dragon Summoning.  First, darw blood from both hands."  Joshua placed both his thumbs into hsi mouth and bit down hard, and blood spilled from the fingers.  "Now, just like normal Dragon Summoning, only you are ecpected to summon TWO dragons, and I want them to be huge, OK?"

"Yes sir..." Joshua mumbled sarcastically.

Before Oguri could retort, Joshua slammed the grond with his blood stained hands before the spirit could do so.  In a giant cloud of smoke, mighty twin roars could be heard.  In a giant flap of two pairs of wings, the smoke all cleared away, revealing none other than two giant, scaley dragons, much larger than any Joshua ahd summoned before.  They also looked a lot meaner.  More powerful.  They each let bursts of fire into the air, and growled slightly.  Joshua flew up in front of them, and the dragons galred at him.

"Alright!" Joshua yelled. "Sit!"  Surprisingly, the dragons plopped down on their rears. "OK, now fly!"  The dragons flapped their mighty wings, and took to the air.  Joshua, now bored, snappe dhis fingers, and the dragons vansihed in puffs of smokes, like a great magic trick.

"Alright." Ogrui said. 'Training for today is complete.  Do what you want to now."

As Oguri walked a small distance away, Joshua knew eactly what he wished to do...
