Iron vs Frost

In the depths of hell..
Frost was standing in a rather large grotesque building the outer walls all twisted and defiled by god know what, the inner chamber where frost stood was very dark large Dark Rock columns lined the room frost assumed they stood there to hold the roof up the large structure had huge spikes on the walls that could easily pierce frosts armor if he got to close to it.
There was a few skeletons in between the spikes.
A dark looking figure walked past the door
Iron walked in the door.
Frost: Hey You lets Fight
Iron: Yeah sure thing I am Iron by the way and who might you be
Frost: I am frost haisu Sayain elite
Iron: ah very well I am also a sayain elite a super elite some might say
Frost: good this should be interesting
Iron I don’t care shut up and fight me you fool
Frost: NO ONE calls me a fool lets do this.
Iron: good lets do this!
Iron walked over to the wall and Iron whispered something into a microphone
A moment later a console came out of a hole in the wall.
Iron started to type something into the console the lights dimmed down then turned red.
Frost: what are you doing
Iron: its to help increase our training and make things a little more fun ive changed the gravity to 100x that of earth.
Frost: fine.
Frost ran at Iron.
Iron turned around
Just as Frost jumped into the air throwing a punch aimed at Irons face.
Iron grabbed the tiny fist in and held Frost in the air.
Iron: now that was stupid.
Iron punched Frost in the stomach then threw him into the wall.
Frost slammed into the wall and fell to the ground. Frost got up and charged at Iron once more. Frost threw a punch aimed at Irons head Iron moved his head slighty to the left.
Iron did a upper cut kick.
The kick connected and Frost was sent up into the air.
Iron then grabbed Frosts foot and slammed him into the ground.
Just before Frost hit the ground he placed his hands out and jumped then back flipped away from Iron
Frost landed and fired several ki blasts at Iron.
Iron deflected the ki blasts and dashed at Frost.
Frost dashed at Iron doing a flying punch.
Iron blocked the punch and did a round house kick at Frosts side Frost blocked the kick and hooked punched Iron with his other hand Iron blocked it again this time Iron did a punch and Frost was the one who had to block the attack Frost did a low kick attempting to trip Iron up
Iron tripped a little bit but quickly recovered and did a side kick aiming at Frost.
Frost blocked the kick and jumped up and flipped over Iron downing an over head kick aiming for Irons Side that was exposed.
Iron got hit and went smashing into the ground.
Iron: gah.
Iron stood up.
Iron: That was very good. But can you keep it up?
Frost: damn straight I can I can do this all day and possible all night too.
Iron: Shut up and fight.
Iron charged at Frost doing a sweeping kick upper cut combo.
Frost was completely of guard and got tripped up as Frost fell back Irons upper cut sent Frost skywards.
Iron: Keep on your guard.
Frost recovered mid flight.
Frost then fired several ki blasts at Iron.
Iron dashed at them the ki waves bouncing of him.
Frost then charged at Iron.
Frost and Iron slammed into each other throwing combos of punches and kicks upper cuts hook punches side and round house kicks. With each blow Frost threw at Iron, Iron was able to counter with an equally strong attack (power restrainers’ remember).
Frost was slowly beginning to gain the upper hand the powerful blows impacting on one an other both starting to ware down the rushes started to become even again the onslaught  was devastating both fighters where starting to lose out.
Iron was amazed that Frost was keeping up with the barrage of attacks.
Iron threw a right hook left jab one two combo but Frost blocked both attacks and did a back flip kick that connected with Irons chin Sending Iron back into the wall of the training room.
Iron started to laugh
Frost: hey whats so funny.
Iron mumbled a few words.
Frost: I said whats so funny?!?!?
Iron: turn around.
Several smallish Spheres where now behind Frost.
Frost: what the hell? What are they?.
Iron: it’s a simple training tool.
Iron mumbled a few more words.
Frost was still staring at the spheres when suddenly…
Spikes came out of all of them.
Frost: oh no you didn’t?
Iron: yes NOW!!!.
Three of the spike spheres came rushing at Frost.
Frost blasted one of them there was a small explosion and parts of the sphere fell to the ground Frost then dodged the other two spheres.
Iron simply looked on.
Iron: enjoy.
Frost: that’s cruel
Frost dodged another spike sphere.
Frost than spun around and destroyed it with a ki blast
Frost jumped up into the air and watched as five more spheres sped of in his direction.
Frost wasn’t expecting them to turn upwards and follow him.
Frost got hit by on of the spike spheres Frost dropped back a little bit blood started to seep out of a slice in his armor Frost looked down at the blood.
Frost: Damn that’s sharp.
An other spiked sphere came charging at Frost but Frost fired a ki blast and destroyed it.
Frost jumped into the air dodging a spike sphere and firing a volley of ki blasts at the Spike spheres that hadn’t moved yet.
Five of the spike spheres came hastening at Frost.
Frost destoryed three of them there was several smallish explosions and parts of the spheres fell to the ground Frost then dodged the other two remaining spike spheres.

Iron: that’s not to bad I guess but you can do better!!.
Frost turned to face Iron just as all the spike spheres began to move they all charged at Frost.
Frost had no where to go in closed by the spike spheres.
Frost: aww man I’m in for it now!!.
Frost prepared himself in the few seconds he had left before the impact.
Iron: come dodge this one.
Frost looked at the roof and then to the right.
Frost waited just a few more seconds.
The spike spheres where getting closer and speeding up.
Frost: BIG BANG!!!!.
A bright blue energy ball formed in Frosts right hand.
Frost lifted his right hand into the air above his head.
Frost: ATTACK!!!
The bright blue energy blasted out of Frosts hand and smashed into a group of the spike spheres coming in from the top.
Frost jumped up into the air through the gap he had just made in the spike spheres attack.
SMACK!!!!.
Frost got hit in the side of the face and was sent flying in to a near by wall.
Frost hit the wall then bounced off it and hit the floor.
Some blood dripped from Frosts mouth.
Frost: gah what was that.
Frost looked around the room and saw that the spike balls where now lying on the ground with the spikes retracted the spike spheres where now rolling away into little hatch on the sides of the room.
Frost looked up to where he should have been or more to the point where he was moments before.
Frost saw one thing.
Iron standing there with his fist out stretched as if he had just punched some one.
Frost: HEY YOU CHEATED!!!!.
Iron: NO you let your guard down.
Iron was then in front of  Frost and Iron picked him up.
Iron slapped him across the face.
Iron: NEVER let your guard down always keep an eye on your enemies even if your not fighting then because they might attack you like I just did.
Iron threw Frost across the room.
Iron: GET READY ROUND 2
Frost recovered mid flight he was in the center of the room.
Iron charged at Frost.
Frost charged at Iron
Frost threw a left hook Iron blocked it with his right arm.
Iron then pulled his right arm back and threw a regular punch at Frost
Frost blocked with a right hand parry and did a round house kick aiming at Iron.
Iron deflected the kick and did a left right punch combo.
Frost blocked both attacks with his left arm parrying away the left punch then blocking the right punch.
Iron went from a left punch to an upper cut.
Frost tried to block it but the upper cut went through his guard and connected with his chin Frost stumbled back a little.

Frost came around and dropped doing a low sweeping kick tripping Iron up. Frost then did an upper kick to Irons back launching Iron into the air.
Iron recovered and fired a few ki blasts at Frost,

Frost deflected the ki waves and then charged at Iron.

Iron stood his ground. “fool you cant expect to win.”
Frost continued his charge “I don’t plan on winning”
Iron leapt forwards towards frost they clashed in mid air both fighters throwing powerful attacks at each other and they could only just manage to block or dodge the blows frost was having a hard time keeping up with Iron but frost refused to give any ground and just kept uping his attack power. Iron threw a sharp right hook, Frost also gave a right hook a shot. The fist slammed into his face frosts fist slammed in to Irons there was a large shockwave and both the powerful where sent smashing into the ground with horrible speed.
Frost hit the ground the floor breaking into several pieces and a slight crater had been formed.
Frost climbed out and saw Iron lying on the ground in a similar crater to his own.
Iron got up “time to add another body to the wall.”
Frost looked at the wall. “yeah I doubt that unless you mean YOURS!!”
Iron dashed at frost and teleported the next thing frost knew he had been hit in the gut and was heading to wards the spikes on the wall.
“I don’t think so!!”
frost twirled in the air .
“GALICK GUN FIRE!!”
frost thrust his hands forwards and a purple beam shot out and slammed into the wall exploding making a rather large hole large enough for frost to fit through. Just scraping though frost landed on the out side. Iron was still inside.
“so foolish”
Frost began charging up a big bang attack in his hand.
He aimed at the ugly building.
“take this”
frost raised his hand and the dark blue energy blasted out of his hand and smashed in to the hideous building.

After the big bang had hit the wall a few seconds later there was a second explosion from inside the building the building started to sway. Then with out warning collapsed in on its self. As frost watched the building crumble, he noticed that a small spurt of dust fling out from the top and above it was Iron.

Iron did a few well timed flips and landed on the ground bent over legs spread wide one hand In the air and the other on the ground. Iron looked up at frost.

“well that was spectical shall we get back to the actual fight now?”
“with pleasure” Iron leapt off the ground at frost.

Frost didn’t think it possible for some one to get so much speed and power from a stance like that. Frost readied himself loosened his muscles. And raised one hand in front of his face and the other to just near his waist.

Iron was upon him he threw a wild punch witch frost blocked with the hand in front of his face and then with the hand by his side threw a punch back at Iron.
Frost nailed it got him right in the gut Iron had taken the full force of the blow.
Iron feel back a little. Whilst he was off guard frost did an axe kick that slammed down on Irons head sending him back towards the ground. However frost wasn’t going to let it end there. Following up with his other leg doing a massive knee strike which landed right on Irons nose there was a loud crunching sound followed by a spurt of blood. Frost had broken Irons noise. Blood streamed out of both of Irons nostrils.

“I say shall we continue this at a later stage? I am un fit to fight on”
Frost smiled evilly “no we can not I must finish all my battles”
“very well” Iron looked down. Know this would be his final hour!
