Frost stood in a large open field
there was a large forest surrunding the open field.
Frost raised his power hoping to get the attetion of near by fighters.
the wind blew and the garss waved.
Frost waited

Bane teleported in front of frost.
"Didnt expect you to be here."

Frost: really then who did you expect?

"i dont know, but not you, so you looking to spar?"

Frost: hmm i guess so!!

Bane entered his battle stance
"Lets do this"

Frost: very will.
frost didnt bother getting into a fighting stance.
frost just dashed at Bane throwing a heavy punch

Bane quicly turned his body, then thrusting his knee upwards twards his gut

as Frost dashed he transformed into a giji super saiyan.
frost grabbed onto Banes knee and flipped over bane

"Hm" Bane Powered up to soul posesssion x3
and turned around and tried to kick Frost

Frost blocked the kick with his arm.
and tried an upper cut kick at bane

Bane was hit, flying upwards, but caught back, teleported beside frost, and tried to do a side kick to his ribs

frost took the hit and was sent skidding along the ground.
Frost turned and fired two ki blasts at Bane.
while charging at him

"Ahh" Hr darted for Frost, deflecting the blast,

frost used the ki deflection as a distraction.
frost came up on Bame and did a two hand smash

bane fell to the ground, used his right hand to flip up, then shot 2 ki blast at frost

Frost dodged both ki blasts.
and continued his charge at bane using a punch combo

Bane kept up with Frost, hitting his combo's as they came twards him. Bane then swiftly manuvered to the side, attempting to kick Frost in the side

Frost moved his arm and did a short arm block.
then continued his onslught adding some kicks to the combo

Bane tried to keep up with Frost, but he was to fast, and a mick landed into his gut. He fell to the ground, then teleported behind Frost, after imaged, then attacked frost from above.
