Ichigo was running in the light,
He kept running and running and running,
He was running for a long time..
...
Finally he reached Heaven..

The place he had entered look something like a gigantic reception made entirely out of white marble, behind a reception desk were a group of angels dressed entirely in white, if it weren't for the shadows in the room and the colour of their skin they would be invisible against the wall.

"Hi! I'm Ichigo, King Yemma told me to cme here..."

"Ah, welcome to Heaven, I see you still have your original body, you must have been a warrior in life."

"Yeah, so what am I here for, can you train me?"

"Oh no, I definitely can't. I have trouble lifting heavy boxes, I can send you to someone who may train you," The angel smiled serenely.

"Ok, where is it?"

"Hang on one moment please..." she grabbed some papers and quickly looked through them, "Here we are, this should do you quite nicely." Suddenly the room seemed to dissolve around Ichigo, a few seconds later another room began to appear. It was a large dojo with the traditional wooden floors, sat at one end cross legged was a large muscular bald man wearing a purple gi. He was facing away from Ichigo at that time.

"Hello? I'm Ichigo Uchiha, i think i am suposed to train with you...."
Ichi walked forward, closer to the man.

The man didn't turn around, "Supposed to train with me? You make it sound like you don't want to."

"Well, i dont want to be dead.."

"Its not that bad, its just like being alive except you have a bit more control over what happens around you. It takes some getting used to but so did life." He got to his feet and turned around, his face, like his hair was free of hair and his features were hard edged. What was really strange about him though was he had one extra eye in the middle of his forehead. "My name is Tienshinhan, welcome to my dojo."

"Thank you master Tienshinhan, can i call you Tien?"
Ichigo bowed..

"Please do, there is no need to be overly polite." He twisted his head and the bones cracked loudly, "My style relies alot on causing large amounts of damage in a short amount of time. This requires massive amounts of energy and stamina so that is what I shall be building up first."

Tien pulled out a full set of weights, "Put on all these weights please, they will seem heavy at first  but you should get used to them in time."

Ichigo went to the weights and put them on.
He then jumped up but it was only 1 cm!
"Now what?"

Tien was suprised, "Your handling the strain fairly well, that's a good start. Now, I want you to do some basic warm ups exercises before we begin, if you tear a muscle were going to hold off training for months."

"Then i won..." Ichigo started squatting..
Then went with a few sit ups!
Ichigo then tried some puch ups, he did 20!
Then he ran in place for like 10 minutes non stop!
"That enough?"

OOC: WHAT THE FUCK KEEPS HAPPENING TO MY POSTS. Also I suggest putting more detail in your posts if you want to get a decent amount of experience.

Tien closed his eyes and a large metal training dummy appeared infornt of Halo. "Now to further test your stamina and strength. You have to destroy this target with your bare hands, no using ki either. It won't be easy, this thing is a hundred times tougher than any earth metal. You must ignore the pain and continue."
