"WAAAAAHH" hero stopped charging.... his back turned normal. her calmed down "this doesnt work like this!"
hero levetate and went thinking. he got flashbacks of tien doing his technick in the world tornament and he saw goku doing it to in his flashback. he listen very carefully he saw videos of them doing it.. he listen.. in his head he was thinking even more and more his head started to get stress aders. and than he calmed down. he put his feet on the ground he went in charging position he spread his legs put his hands up and bend over he started to charge first slowly than harder and faster "haaaaaahaaaa!!HAAAAHAAA!!!!" the aura started to grow than a flash hero tunred giji super saiyan than he charged more another flash he turned super saiyan he went as his max power "now its got to work" he said calm.
hero went back in normal stand position. he closed his eyes he started to frons his back started again to grow bigger and small than "WHAAAAAAAAAAH" 2 hands came out his back "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH.. GRRRR HAAA" than 2 arms to. hero than dropped on his knee's with his hands on the ground he started to swet it dropped on the ground "*Gasp* *Gasp* haa haa... wow that took alot out of me.. and goku did that with ease..." hero got up and looked at his extra arms "kinda freaky and cool at the same time..." hero punhed with his normal arm but his other arms didnt move "oo damn how do i control these things?" hero tried to punch with them than one moved his finger "its a start!" hero finnally got get one arms and hand to open and close. than he could do it with both. "now i can grap something.... but i cant move the arms.... dammit this is really difficult" hero focused how he did opend the hands than his extra arm moved it punched hero was still with his eyes closed than the other did it to.. "urghh.... huh wait a sec" heroopend his eyes and looked at his arms move "damn i did it!" hero than punched some more. "let me try something funny" hero gave his extra arms both a high five "whahaha cool!" than he put all his arms for him and did the middelfinger "now i can give someone 4times a middelfinger at once.. whahaha" hero did some attacks with his arms than he started to sweat... "ok enough training for today." hero arms started to shrink. and dissapeard.. "wow with that i can do alot more technicks!! this is awsome!!" hero sat on the floor and leand back he lied on the ground closed his eyes smiled and took a nap he said something before he went to sleep "tomorrow more training!"

"ahh that was a nice nap!! i think i am ready for the next training!" hero put his feet back in charge postition "only this time without ssj or giji!" hero started to charge "haaaaaaWHAAAA" the ground started to shake. than in a flash 3 arms came out of hero back "welcome back buddys!" hero started to do punches and did push ups with his new arms "and a one,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine,ten... more i need more"

hero dropped on the ground with his face. hero jumped back put his 4 arms at his noise and with the 2 extra he hit his noise again "aah... OUCH!!!.. danm that wasnt handy AT ALL" hero was finished with his noise he got back in fighting position. "let me try some combos!" hero punched with right,left,left,right,right,right,left,uppercut,punc at face,punch to stomach,punch to rips,grap trought,punch with 3 at face. "that are some awsome combos i know more" punch,punch,uppercut, grap with extra arms, crush, and with other arms punching in his face or stomach. hero focused " can i maybe create ki with these hands?" hero focused the extra hands mad a fist than made a ki ball "cool" hero than shot 4 ki blasts a time, than shot a rapid ki blasts "wow i can do things 4 times or 2 times.. Got a idea!!" hero put his normal hands together charged ki "KaaameeehaaamheeeHAAA!!" he shot a kamehameha with his normal hands "and now i can do that twice!!" hero put his normal hands on his right and his other hands on his left "kaaa..meee.haaa...meee.......HAAAAAAAA" than  a kamehameha came out the orginal hands and out the extra hands 2 kamehameha crashed into the ground a big crater and explosion came hero looked at the crater "a..aa...aa..AWSOME!!! my attacks are dubbeld or 4times dubbeld!!" hero did some more kamehameha's "the extra arms are still a little diffecult to handle" he dropped his hands next to him closed his eyes and He tunred into giji saiyan. "now at this stage!" hero went to train more with hes hands he started to get the hang of it. "this is so awsome!" "kamhemahea!!!" he shot another 2 kamehameha than teleported for the kamehamehas and put his 4 arms for it and the kamehamehas came to his hands hero struggled with it, than he could trow them in the air than teleported again and punched the kamehamehas to the ground a big explosion. hero than turned ssj his arms become stronger. "i have big plans with these!" hero begon to train his arms by punches and ki attacks "i have aother idea!" hero took a deep breath than he blow 5 ghosts the ghosts where ssj and with 4 arms to. "cool i didnt know they would have them to! KICKASS!!" than the ghosts and hero went into a fight hero smashed them one by one 2 ghosts stood next to each other "time for my new technick!  Kamehameha!!!" hero shot the both ghosts with the kamehamheas they both got killed. the other 2 shot 2 kamehamehas as well 4 kamehamehas came towards hero hero puts his 4 arms forwards and everyhand had a kamehameha hero sturggeld, than he trow the kamehamehas back and the ghosts got hit and destoryed hero tunred normal and his arms disapeard and he droped on the ground. and passed out
