Okay every one since people question how I do thinks I will show you, I actually have this wrote down, I have decided these rules By watching other moderators on this, and other forums, and this a the rules.
..::RULES ABOUT EDITING SPRITES::..
1.If you edit a sprite(s) and on the sprites tag it says "Do not use" or "Do not edit" or any thing like this, you may not edit this sprite with out permission, if you do so, you will get a one day ban

2.If you take a sprite from a sheet that says "Do not use" or any thing of that sort, and yet you put it on your sheet with out permission, you will be warned, if you do this another time, you will have a one day ban, and that ban will increase every time you do this

3.If you edit a large amount of sprites that you have stolen, you will get a ban, depending on how many you stole.

note-If the sprite says do not edit, but you really want to edit the sprite, please PM the maker of that sprite and make sure that in your topic you state that you have permission from the original sprite maker

..::RULES ABOUT WHAT KIND OF SPRITES::..
1.If you post any kind of pornographic material you will be banned for 1-2 weeks

2.This part of Dragon Ball Z Vortex is for posting LSW(Legendary Super Warriors) style sprites that are characters from the DBZ anime and manga, this includes characters from the self parody Neko Majin Z manga. If you post a sprite that is from Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball AF, from a different anime, or that is custom, the topic will be moved to the proper section, you will not get in trouble, but you will be informed that your topic has been moved

3.If you post a sprite that is not any form of LSW it will be moved to custom sprites, BUT if it is a sprite that is 100% custom and you are going to make it have the LSW movements, it will stay here.
